Hi,

We've been reported for few days that emails sent from our server aren't received by hotmail/Live/outlook system, because they rejects our server.

The situation is that we often get spammers that use our system to send unwanted emails to legitimate users on our system and legitimate users on Outlook/Yahoo/Gmail/... We've already contacting them to explain our "ISP" situation which requires us to know the emails being flagged as SPAM before blacklisting our servers, and everything is in progress.

While the problem is being resolved, consider using an external SMTP server to send your companies' emails. We recommand using MandrillApp, which is really simple:

1. Subscribe to the service
2. Configure your sent email behaviour
3. Create an API key for your website
4. Use the SMTP server and credential provided by MandrillApp to send emails from your websites

We have noticed an issue with some of our services, causing them to randomly crash or restart. We will work on it every night by shutting down the servers and manipulating the hardware, then restarting them. You will be notified when we solve the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience. -- Virtual-Info

Nous sommes au courant d'un bug actuellement sur le nouveau serveur.
Attention, c'est considéré comme étant un bug, sans vraiment en être un.

Il est possible qu'en voulant accéder à vos fichiers via FTP, votre client vous envoie ballader avec une erreur 421 bizarre, du genre "Je ne trouve pas le répertoire". C'est en fait à cause de la configuration du système de fichiers qui a changé depuis Daisy, et on vous a facilité la tâche en créant des liens. Mais aujourd'hui, nous ne le ferons malheureusement plus, il nous faut un serveur propre :)

Connectez vous à votre CPanel et allez voir la partie "Comptes FTP". Là il faudra recréer tout les comptes dont le chemin ressemble à "/var/vhost/PSEUDO" pour le faire pointer vers "/home/PSEUDO" (PSEUDO étant votre pseudo...).

Problèmes sur les certificats SSL.

Nous n'avons pas encore rétablis les certificats, cela devrait venir dans la journée du 14/01.
